What is ALMSys® Quotes?

ALMSys® Quotes is an add-on module to ALMSys® that will allow you to produce lease, loan, and purchase quotes, contracts, and related documents. All documents generated from this system are printed using blank paper on a laser printer. NO DOT MATRIX PRINTERS ARE REQUIRED!

This module tracks inventory and related inventoried vehicle costs making it ideal for small or large car lots and/or leasing/BHPH customers.

Features

  • Creates quotes with your logo on the quote. Other forms may have your logo on them as well.
  • Keeps current and past inventory records.
  • Keeps logs for leases, sales, and warranties.
  • Multiple scenarios per deal. Up to 4 scenarios may be defined for the customer, all on the same screen.
  • Multiple trade-ins allowed (up to 5) for any given quote.
  • Costs may be tracked on vehicles in inventory.
  • Title tracking.
  • Accounts payable screen and report.
  • Sales tax groups may be defined, allowing one selection to result in multiple tax entities being used.
  • This is a secured system and you define who has access to what screen.
  • Customer information is kept in a database for reuse.
  • Selling dealers and lienholders are also kept in a database for reuse.
  • Quote finalization screen that allows you to update inventory and other log screens from ONE screen. This promotes accuracy and file integrity.
  • Once a deal has been finalized, ALMSys® can automatically bring in the ALMSys® Quotes' data without any retyping!
  • Leases that terminate that are tracked by ALMSys® may be pulled back into ALMSys® Quotes for inventory and disposal. Again, without retyping the customer and vehicle information.

Sample Forms

The system ships with some forms predefined. Other forms may be designed and added. Here are a few examples: (Note: The examples are PDF exports of what would be printed. You should note that the filled in data shows higher in the PDF than it actually prints.)

Loan Quote. Lease and loan quotes are included.

Motor Vehicle Application. Most of the fields that print on this form may be filled into a data screen before the form is printed. In this example, only the basic fields, including name and address, have been filled in.

Loan Contract. This contract was designed for the state of Utah. One may be designed for your state or province.

Retail Purchase Agreement. Like the contract, this was designed for the state of Utah. One may be designed for your state or province.

ACH Authorization Form. Use this for your electronic funds transfer set up.

Odometer Disclosure. Odometer disclosures are included for the vehicle being purchased or traded in.

These are just a few examples of the forms used in the system. The sky is the limit as to what could be designed for you.

What Does ALMSys® Quotes Cost?

ALMSys® Quotes requires a current, licensed version of ALMSys® to be installed. The fees to use ALMSys® Quotes are in addition the ALMSys® fees. (All costs listed are in U.S. Dollars.)

If you have a standalone version of ALMSys®, then ALMSys® Quotes would cost $595.00 to license and $25.00 per month to use.

If you have a network version of ALMSys®, then ALMSys® Quotes would cost $1,495.00 to license and $45.00 per month to use.

ALMSys® Quotes comes with some basic forms. If you need to have custom forms created, your first 5 new or custom forms are free. Beyond that, each form will cost $50.00 (for up to 3 pages per form).

What is ALMSys® Accounting?

ALMSys® Accounting is an add-on module to ALMSys® and ALMSys® Quotes that will allow you to track the accounting aspects of your lease and loan portfolio.

Features

  • Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Inventory, and Sales Analysis.
  • Integreted into both ALMSys® and ALMSys® Quotes.
  • User-defined financial statements. GL account totals and inventory totals can be viewed on screen with drill-down to original source transactions.
  • Prints checks.
  • Multiple company support.

What Does ALMSys® Accounting Cost?

ALMSys® Accounting requires a current, licensed version of ALMSys® to be installed. The fees to use ALMSys® Accounting are in addition the ALMSys® fees. (All costs listed are in U.S. Dollars.)

If you have a standalone version of ALMSys®, then ALMSys® Accounting would cost $795.00 to license and $35.00 per month to use.

If you have a network version of ALMSys®, then ALMSys® Accounting would cost $2,495.00 to license and $75.00 per month to use.
