ALMSys® has an initial licensing fee that is based on a standalone version (one user) or a network version (unlimited users). You must license the ALMSys® core program as that is required for all installations. All costs shown on this page are in US Dollars.

Monthly Fees
There are required monthly maintenance fees to use ALMSys®, ALMSys® Quotes, and ALMSys® Accounting. Maintenance fees are collected in the first ten days of each month and always pay for the prior month's usage.

The monthly core maintenance fee is based on the total number of active deals in the software at the end of each month. Maintenance fees must be paid by the 10th of the following month. Fees may be paid by check or credit card. Credit card is the preferred method. Non-US customers must pay by credit card. (All fees are paid in US Dollars.)
The grid below represents the tiered cost for the ALMSys® core. Maintenance is paid in groups of 50. For example: if there are 232 active deals at the end of a month, then the charge for that month would be $187.50. This is because it falls into the 201-250 bucket in the grid. (The number above the cost is the high end of the active deal count.)
Realistically, most customers will fall into the first two grids of price ranges. The minimum cost is $37.50.
