Tools: General - Representatives

Used to maintain fleet representatives' information.

Layout / How To
Reps may be added via the new button Missing image: main menu new button.bmp. You will be prompted to enter the new rep's I.D.

Reps may be deleted, but only if they are not assigned to any deals. Use the

button to delete a rep.

Renumbering an I.D.
If you change the I.D. field for an existing rep to an I.D. that does not already exist, ALMSys will renumber the I.D. and reassign all of the associated deals to the new rep I.D.
