Payments: Credit Card Log
To provide a log of all credit card charge attempts.
How To
The grid shows list of all credit card charges and attempted charges. A receipt is only assigned to successful charges.
Use the Control No. box to limit the grid to one control number.
The Credit Card Log Report will report the records on the screen, in the same order as the screen.
Double click on the grid record to see the details.
Credit Card Log File Details
The top information was what was used to charge the card.
The HTTP Request Information and Gateway Results contain information that represent the results of the charge attempt. These fields will help you when a charge is declined.
The Credit Card Receipt button will create a receipt for a successful charge.
