This screen is used to move terminated deals into the ALMSys Archive.

How To
It is not necessary to get everyone out of ALMSys for this, but it is recommended.

All of the instructions to perform a successful archive are listed on the screen. It cannot be stressed enough that you should do an ALMSys backup before attempting any archiving.
