Report: Projected Amortization Cash Income Summary

Purpose
To provide a printed report of future payments for active deals.

How to Run
This is run from Main Menu -

- Reports. Active deals in the date range will be included.

How Sorted
Location number, year / month of the deal date. (Underlined sort fields cannot be overridden.)

Notes
End Values are included as part of the month in which the last payment is scheduled to be made for the deal, and possibly not in the month in which the scheduled end date occurs. This was done to preserve accurate counts for the scheduled monthly payments.
