Vehicle Confirmed Return
Main Menu - Vehicle - Confirmed Return
This is intended for leases only.
Used to assist in vehicle terminations by providing the means to track that a lessee has confirmed a date for the return of the collateral.
Timing
Use this to assist in your overall vehicle termination marketing strategy. Try to get your lessees to commit to a specific turn-in date. Doing so will smooth out the turn-in and vehicle re-lease or disposal procedures, as it will provide you with time to prepare for the anticipated return.
The Vehicle Confirmed Returns report will show all confirmed returns for leases that are still active.
Layout
Do not mark the Confirmed to Return box unless you have a solid return date.
Provide the MMR Amount (average auction wholesale price) and anticipated Book Value when known. Buttons are provided on this screen to copy inventory values over from the Vehicle General screen.
