E-Mail Address Maintenance

Used to maintain e-mail address information for those addresses used by ALMSys only.

Layout / How To
This screen is entered whenever an e-mail address needs to be selected when sending information from ALMSys via the Internet. If the e-mail address is already in the list of addresses, you may select this address for use by clicking on the address and pressing the Use this address button. You will be returned to the screen where you came from with this e-mail address.

New addresses may be added via the new button

. New addresses are automatically assigned the name "New". You must change this to the name (or other coding scheme that works for you) and press the save button

Choose File - Delete to delete an address.
