Used to track insurance coverage policy information. This is typically only used on leases.
Layout / How To
Overall insurance coverage notes may be viewed/edited by pressing the Notes button at the top of the screen.
Coverages and deductibles are initially set from the location defaults. These are entered in whole dollars.
Lienholder and lessor are to checked against the policy to ensure proper coverage.
Use the force place box to indicate that you have purchased insurance for the customer.
If you have received the initial declarations sheet from the insurance company, then mark the appropriate box as Yes.
Gap and RVI may be cross checked by entering the date that they were verified in the appropriate field. Non-verified Gap and RVI are reported on the Insurance Non-Verified Gap and Insurance Non-Verified RVI reports.
