Report: External Balance Comparison Report
Purpose
To generate a report that compares the current lease balance to the external balance on the deal screen, for the date range provided.
How to Run
This is run from Main Menu - 
- Reports. It is recommended to use today's date as ALMSys balances will be calculated through the end date provided. You cannot control the date of the external balances.
How Sorted
Location number, difference between ALMSys balance and External Balance in descending order, account number, deal number. (Underlined sort fields cannot be overridden.) The difference amount that the report is sorted by is actually the absolute value of the ALMSys balance minus the external balance. The true difference displays accurately on the report.
