Quotes Payment Add-Ons
This screen is accessed through the Scenarios screen.
Purpose
To add fixed amounts to the lease (or loan) payment on a scenario.
Layout / How To
This screen is not often used. It is used to add a monthly reserve, an expense reserve, or any other fixed amount to the lease or loan payment. Payment add-ons come from AMPTax master codes, which must be set up before they may be assigned to a quote. You may set up a master code through the main menu's Tools - AMPTax Maintenance item.
